Hey guys,
I`m very new here, managed to register just before the shit hit the fan, and been waiting patiently for the site to come back up, lurking forums meanwhile.
I read that 5 successful transactions are a must for anyone to be able to purchase, and just wanted to confirm - is that still the case? Its just that i`m less interested in new books and more in some psychedelic substances LOL.

"Must have 5 transactions before you can purchase"? That would be a neat trick. Where did you park your Delorean, doc?

I'm gonna go ahead and guess that the 5 transactions refers to some vendors who won't sell to newbs with zero transaction history, and one way folks used to deal with that was making purchases of e-books and other downloaded material, enabling them to get their stats up, quickly.

Never heard of that rule before, how are you supposed to have 5 transactions if you can't purchase anything. Bit of a paradox.

Ofc I meant 5 book purchases before substance purchases.
Anyway I`ve checked out out the books section and i think few books worth some ~0.15B wont hurt me too much....

you dont have to buy the books haha. when you see something you want, go to the vendor's page and read their policies regarding new users.

Not everything you read is true or 95% of this weeks posts but it is a vendors choice to deal or not deal to any buyer no questions asked why.
So maybe you can find something from someone it might not be what you wanted, I'm sure there is a vendor that sell something to you.
If the vendor does require 5 purchases there is a wide selection of none illegal listings that are reasonably cheap if you take the time to browse the non drug section.
